How do I determine the overall size of an item?

For most hardware, we provide dimensions in the product descriptions. When scrolling through product images for hardware items you will also see an image with the product on a ruler to help you determined its size (note, you may have to select the size first to be able to see this image). This will help you estimate any additional measurements for the item that you are looking for, including the length and width of the piece at certain points.
