What Size Rivet Do I Need For My Project?

Rivet size will be determined by your material thickness and how many times the rivet will go through your material. Please see our material thickness chart on the double cap rivet homepage (as well as below). Based on ounces, millimeters, or inches this chart will help you find your perfect post length.

Tip: We recommend a minimum of 1mm and maximum of 3mm of post coming through your material before setting.
