The free shipping option on our website is for orders over $100 is that can ship via regular carrier service. Some orders will not qualify for free shipping even if the total for the order is over $100 if they require special shipping services.
These exceptions include:
- Leather hides, sides, shoulders, double shoulders, and other larger leather pieces that require special sized boxes
- Waxed canvas when shipped rolled. Waxed canvas orders of 5 yards or less do qualify if folded and not rolled.
- Certain machines that are heavy and need special shipping and handling
- Chemically-based glues and dyes that cannot be shipped via the regular mail and can ship via specific ground service only
- Other oversize items or large orders that exceed usual shipping quotes
If you have any of these option in your order, remove them from you cart and continue with checkout to receive free shipping.
