Can I use my own shipping account?

You are able to use your own shipping accounts for Fedex, UPS, or DHL. Leave your account number in the comments section of your order and indicate the carrier and service you would like to use. Our shipping team will charge the order to your account at the time of shipping. We will then refund you the shipping charges you selected when checking out.

We have scheduled FedEx and DHL pickups daily. Since we do not have regular UPS pickups, there may be an extra delay in processing waiting for a pickup if you would like to use this service.
