Can I pick up my order?

If you are local and would like to pick up your order, that is possible! We ask that in the comment section of your order you let us know that you are going to be picking up your order. We need at least 24 hours notice to prepare your order. Our customer service department will give you a call when your order is ready, and you will be refunded the shipping cost once the order is picked up. 

Alternatively, you can give us a call during business hours at 1 978 213 9989 and we can take your order over the phone. This way, we can waive the shipping costs if you are going to be picking up the order. If you place your order over the phone it may still take up to 24 hours for your order to be ready and we will call you again when it is ready for pickup.
