I received an email about items in my cart after I placed my order. Is there an issue with my order?

If you received an email about items in your cart after placing an order, you most likely received the email because you were originally browsing from a different location or account than when you placed your order. If you have received an order confirmation email with an order number after placing your order then everything is set with your order and you can disregard the cart emails. We apologize for any confusion this causes.

 

If you would like to no longer receive cart emails like this you can also adjust your email preferences to untick receiving “Emails related to products I have viewed or purchased.” At the bottom of all emails we send there is a link to where you can edit your preferences.
