How come my order has not shipped yet?

Our team makes every effort to have all orders processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being received. 


We fulfill orders during our regular business hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm and Fridays, 8:00am – 3:00pm Eastern Time. We do not fulfill orders on weekends or holidays.


Certain items may take longer to fulfill such as leather hides, waxed canvas, made-to-order zippers, heavy machines, and orders across multiple departments.
