We do offer custom manufacturing of hardware! You would provide your own specs, sketches, and details and the process would begin from there.
There are minimums for custom hardware. Minimum order quantities start at 1,500 pieces for standard hardware like buckles and can go as high as 30,000 pieces for small items like rivets or Chicago screws. If the item you were manufacturing were truly custom designed there would also be a mold fee as well as other related expenses. The lead-time for custom hardware is 6 weeks for production and 6-8 weeks for ocean shipping to you.
