What is your return policy?

30 Day Return Policy: We believe in our products, so if you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. Please note we do not offer exchanges. You can view our full return policy on our website under the “Returns” link as there are some exceptions and additional details.

• Items must be in their original packaging and in new resalable condition.
• The following cannot be returned:
  • Riri zipper tape as these are custom cut for your order.
  • Opened bags of Chicago screws, grommets, snap fasteners, and rivets.
  • PDF templates
• Buckleguy does not work with exchanges, so please place a new order for the items you need.
• We aim to provide you with the refund/store credit within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your items back.
• It is up to Buckleguy's discretion to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% on large returns
